How to order
From cart to your doorstep — here is exactly how buying from VillageHub Store works, whether you're in Nairobi, Kampala, Accra or anywhere else we deliver.

Find your gear
Browse by category or brand, or use the search bar. Every product page shows the full landed cost — price, tax and delivery to your country — before you commit. Not sure what fits your network? Ask the AI assistant or ping us on WhatsApp.

Set your country and currency
Use the globe icon in the header to pick where we're delivering and which currency to display. Kenya orders include 16% VAT; exports are zero-rated with import duties payable on arrival in your country.

Add to cart and review
The cart shows an itemised quote — subtotal, tax and delivery — that updates live. Adjust quantities freely; nothing is charged yet.

Check out
Enter your contact and delivery details (or sign in to have them prefilled), then pay securely via Paystack with M-Pesa or card. Payment is charged in KES.

Get your confirmation
You'll land on your order page immediately and receive an email with your order reference (VHS-XXXX) and a tracking link. Signed-in shoppers also see the order under My account.

Delivery to your door
We contact you to arrange handover — same-day within Nairobi CBD, 1–3 business days countrywide in Kenya, and per the quoted ETA for regional and international orders. Inspect your package on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours.

Ways to pay
M-Pesa
Choose M-Pesa at the Paystack checkout and confirm the prompt on your phone. Instant confirmation.
Cards
Visa and Mastercard, local or international. Processed securely by Paystack — we never see your card details.
WhatsApp order
Prefer a human? Send your cart via the WhatsApp button and we'll arrange payment and delivery with you directly.
All charges are made in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices you browse in other currencies are converted for display; your bank's rate may differ slightly.

Common questions
Do I need an account to buy? +
No — guest checkout is always available. An account is free and adds order history, faster checkout and easier support. Create one here.
Is the equipment genuine and under warranty? +
Yes. Everything is sourced from authorised distributors and carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months). See our terms for warranty and returns details.
Can I return something? +
Faulty-out-of-the-box items: report within 7 days and we'll repair, replace or refund. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days (delivery costs excluded). Full policy in the terms & conditions.
How are international orders taxed? +
Exports from Kenya are zero-rated for VAT, so you don't pay Kenyan tax. Import duty, VAT and clearance charges in your country are payable on arrival and are your responsibility.
Can you help me choose equipment? +
Absolutely — we run ISP networks ourselves. Use the AI assistant for instant suggestions from our catalog, or WhatsApp us for a proper design conversation (site size, user counts, backhaul, budget).
Do you do bulk or reseller pricing? +
Yes, for multi-unit and project orders. Email store-sales@village-hub.net with your list and destination for a quote.
