MikroTik RB952Ui-5ac2nD-TC hAP ac lite TC Dual-Band Router

The MikroTik RB952Ui-5ac2nD-TC hAP ac lite TC is a compact dual-band wireless router designed for homes, small offices, retail shops and small business networks. It provides simultaneous 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, allowing compatible devices to connect to either frequency band.

The 2.4GHz band delivers wireless speeds of up to 300Mbps, while the 5GHz band supports speeds of up to 433Mbps. Therefore, users can connect everyday devices to 2.4GHz while using the less congested 5GHz band for compatible laptops, phones and streaming devices.

This MikroTik router includes five 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports. Ether1 supports passive PoE input, while Ether5 provides passive PoE output for powering a compatible MikroTik device. It also has a USB port that can support a compatible 3G or 4G modem.

Powered by MikroTik RouterOS Level 4, the hAP ac lite TC supports routing, firewall rules, bandwidth management, VPN configuration, hotspot services and other advanced network functions. Its universal tower case can be positioned vertically, placed horizontally or mounted on a wall.

Who Is the MikroTik hAP ac lite TC Suitable For?

The MikroTik RB952Ui-5ac2nD-TC is suitable for users who need an affordable dual-band router with advanced network controls. It is a practical choice for homes and small businesses that require Wi-Fi, wired connectivity, bandwidth management, firewall control or hotspot functionality.

Because its Ethernet ports support a maximum speed of 100Mbps, this model is best suited to internet connections and wired networks operating at or below that speed. Customers who require Gigabit Ethernet should consider a MikroTik router with 10/100/1000Mbps ports.

Important PoE Information

The hAP ac lite TC uses passive PoE, not standard IEEE 802.3af/at PoE. Before connecting a powered device to Ether5, confirm that the device supports the supplied passive PoE voltage.
